Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for use of ResumeAI Optimizer (the "Service") provided by Ryota Furusawa ("we" or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service provides the following AI-powered features.

  • ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility analysis for resumes
  • Resume optimization suggestions tailored to specific job descriptions
  • Automated generation of customized cover letters
  • Download of optimized documents

Article 3 (Fees & Payment)

Pay-per-useUSD $5.00 / use

AI analysis performed immediately after payment

Pro MonthlyUSD $15.00 / month

Auto-renews monthly. Cancel anytime from your account page.

Payments are processed by Stripe Inc. Credit card information is never stored on our servers.

Article 4 (Refund Policy)

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not accepted. However, exceptions are made in the following cases.

  • If the service was not provided due to a system failure
  • If analysis results are not displayed at all within 60 minutes of payment
  • If a duplicate charge occurs

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request". We will respond within 7 business days.

Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in any of the following activities.

  • Commercial resale of content generated through the Service
  • Unauthorized access to or attacks on the Service or its systems
  • Using the Service by entering false information
  • Any act that violates applicable laws or public order and morals
  • Any act that causes harm or inconvenience to other users

Article 6 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright in content generated by the Service (optimized resumes, cover letters, etc.) belongs to the user. However, intellectual property rights in the Service's systems, design, and software belong to us.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

AI analysis results from the Service are for reference purposes only and do not guarantee employment outcomes. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 8 (Changes & Termination)

We may change or terminate the Service without prior notice to users. In the event of termination, unused subscription periods will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Article 9 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gifu District Court as the court of first instance.
